This was a disappointing week. All 3 days I was unable to meet my targets, ending up with sub 20 minute runs.
I need to sort my shit out, because I don't believe I'll be able to live down failing myself for the second time like this.

Where'd you go?
First off, I haven't been very active lately due to the trip preparations going into a full swing, Japanese lessons I've been taking, gear preparations and finalising the paperwork (and getting flat tyres 2 weeks before the trip because my luck sucks balls).
Secondly, here's a little trip overview:
Length: 16200 +/- few hundred km's (or) just over 10000 miles.
Time frame: 3 months max.
Start Date: 23rd for the motorbike shipping. I'm flying after it on 27th.
General Country plan:
Direction: East - West
Japan, Russia, Mongolia, back to Russia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, France and back to UK.
Couch to 5k week 8

This week was bit better than the last one. I've moved my runs to 4:00am asnd have to say I find them much more enjoyable now.
Also, I've checked the distance I've been running and it turns out I've been doing 2.5 mile runs for 2 weeks now, which is a pleasant surprise.
Now it's time to start pushing that bit higher and higher.
Not gonna lie, I never thought I'd be looking forward waking up early to run.

Couch to 5k: Week 6

Did my runs last week, and did a bit better on the long one than before.
I must say that I'm genuinely looking forward to the "proper" sessions I'll be doing this week.
If I can do 30 minute run (as opposed to a carefully paced jog as I do now), I'll be damn impressed and will most
likely end up preaching that shit for a while :P
Couch to 5k: Week 5 v2
I dun goofed.
Last week I did 5/3/5/3/5 routine for three days straight without realising I'm supposed to change it up :doh:
Anyway, I did follow the proper plan every day and have to report that my legs suck donkey balls.
I couldn't finish the 21 minute run non stop and my legs just gave out at 14-15 min mark.
I tried to start again, but it felt like starting an engine with a dead battery. I tried, but ultimately failed.
Oh well, we'll see what happens next week I guess.
On the plus side I've cleaned the house, preopped the bikes for the next week and booked the remaining jobs needed for the Tenere for my April 2015 trip. Luckily, Mong
